If the human body is a machine, it is absolutely extremely precise and high-end.
However, we pay little attention to our own organs.
There are several problems:
Do you know your breath?
Do you know your five senses?
Do you know your bones?
Do you know your life?
Do you know your spirit?
Even if you understand it, it is very basic. It is born by itself without in-depth details.
Due to the influence of living environment, many skills of “saying ugly and doing exquisite” are not practical in life. Here are just some practical guiding skills in life.

The reason is very simple. We become predestined friends when we do it. We can continue to the next chapter.
Any small health care tips are very practical and may not be useful (in daily life, our houses need to be cleaned regularly, but we ignore the body organs that accompany us all our lives, resulting in the accumulation of toxins and falling ill like a mountain. You can think about our various organ officials, who have been accumulating “dust” for decades).
For example, we use utensils to beat a stone at a position every day. Over time, this position will change significantly, but the beating position is not fixed, and the effect can be seen by ourselves.

Note: the guidance method does not dare to scribble. The following is a carefully selected and recommended classic method. It is not sophisticated, but it is not dangerous and easy to use!
- Ear function can enhance hearing, prevent deafness and tinnitus, and can benefit the essence and strengthen the kidney, strengthen the brain and calm the nerves, regulate blood pressure, and treat dizziness, insomnia, spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation and depression of Qi;
- Improve eyesight, relieve eye fatigue, prevent myopia, hyperopia, senile cataract, etc;
- Enhance nasal function and restore smell, promote smooth nasal breath, prevent colds and treat rhinitis;
- The tongue functions to generate body fluid and transform Qi, so that the essence and Qi reach the brain and the Dantian;
- Facial exercises can prevent facial aging, facial nerve paralysis, gingivitis and other oral diseases.

(1) Massage ear
Function: enhance hearing, prevent and treat deafness and tinnitus, and strengthen ears. It can benefit the essence, strengthen the kidney, strengthen the brain and calm the nerves, regulate blood pressure, and treat dizziness, insomnia, spermatorrhea and premature ejaculation. However, it should be used with caution when suffering from acute inflammation inside or outside the ear.
method:
- Lift up your ears
With both thumbs in front and index fingers behind, gently lift the upper end of the auricle (wheel) on the same side. Then rub the inside of the auricle with your thumb to make it warm. Then gently lift the pinna with two fingers. Repeat for 12 ~ 36 times. (figure-1)
- Stroke your ears down
With the index fingers of both hands in front and the thumb behind, hold the earlobe relatively, pull and press it down with a little force, and repeat for 12 to 36 times to make the earlobe feel hot. (figure-2)
- Middle Pressing Ear
Clench your hands with your thumbs up and press the tragus to block the ear holes. Do not breathe. Press gently, and wait for a warm feeling. Press for a moment to relax once and repeat for 36 times. If the body is weak and wants to be filled, close your mouth and press; Open your mouth and press if you feel sick and want to diarrhea; Use a little more force. (figure-3)
(2) Massage the eyes
Function: enhance eyesight, prevent eye diseases, relieve eye fatigue, prevent myopia, hyperopia and cataract, but use with caution for acute glaucoma or serious eye diseases.
method:
- Pressing eyes
Close your eyes for a moment, rub your hands together to make your eyes warm, and then align your three fingers, the middle finger and the ring finger, and place them on the left and right eyelids respectively, so that the middle finger is aligned with the pupil, and then gently press the eyeball with the three fingers at the same time to make it feel slightly swollen and relax, so as to loosen it for 12 to 36 times. - Side press eyes
Use the left or right thumb and index finger, open them like forceps, press the corners of the eyes outside the two eyes respectively, and push them relatively hard to the middle at the same time, so as to relax after the feeling of swelling, and press them for 12 ~ 36 times; (figure-5)
Then use the index fingers of both hands to press the zanzhu acupoint on the same side of the hand, the thumb to press the temple, the middle finger to press the Jingming acupoint, and the three fingers to press the eyeballs and acupoints at the same time to make them feel slightly swollen and then relax. Press for 12 ~ 36 times. (figure-6)
In the follow-up, turn your eyes left and right several times, and then open your eyes for a moment.
(3) Massage nose
Functions: enhance and restore the sense of smell, promote the smoothness of the nose, prevent colds, and treat rhinitis.
method:
- Squeeze out of nose
Place the left or right thumb index finger like a clip on both sides of the nasal root. Press down firmly. When reaching the nasal wing, slightly increase the strength to lift and squeeze the middle point for a moment, and press it from top to bottom for 12 to 36 times. (figure-7)
- Pull down intranasal
Following the above method, extend the thumb and index finger into the nasal cavity, clamp the nasal septal cartilage, and gently pull it down for 12 to 36 times. (figure-8)
(4) Massage the tongue
Function: generate body fluid and transform Qi, promote essence Qi to reach brain household and reach Dantian.
method:
First, stir the tongue up, down, left and right in the mouth for several times. Then the tongue body slowly extends as far as possible, and then slowly retracts. At the same time of stretching, the upper and lower incisors gently squeeze the tongue body, making the tongue slightly painful. In this way, stretch and extrude for 12 ~ 36 times.
Then the tongue body was moved to the left and right side of the mouth, and the upper and lower molars on both sides were gently squeezed as above, 12 times on each side. When the body fluid is full, you can swallow it at will, and it is better to lead it to Dantian.
(5) Massage the face
Function: full exercise of facial muscles can prevent and treat facial aging, nerve paralysis, gingivitis and other oral diseases.
method:
Open your mouth as far as possible, use your left (or right) thumb and index finger to form a forceful clamp, and clamp the Di Cang acupoint at the corner of the left and right mouth. Press it 12 ~ 36 times. Then, in the through type, close the mouth and retract as much as possible, rotate and swing the lips with two fingers for 12 ~ 36 times. (figure-9)
Summary:
The above methods have therapeutic and health care effects on the functions of five senses, and can be used as an auxiliary to other methods. (for example, adjusting breathing, cooperating with body posture guidance, and the twelve hour trend of meridians and blood, but those need basic accumulation, and newcomers should step by step)
This method will be beneficial. Don’t aim too high at the initial stage. Simple practice will be beneficial without disadvantages.
